Yuka’s extensive knowledge and expertise in Japanese home cooking and formal training enable her to teach with approachable and friendly techniques. Her concept focuses on using seasonal ingredients to create simple, delicious and beautifully presented menus. Yuka is also a big advocate of using local ingredients which are easily accessible. With her creative flair and natural enthusiasm, Yuka’s classes are fun, practical and hands-on, whatever your ability.

Spend quality time with your new colleagues cooking along this authentic Japanese dish! You'll then get hands on experience cooking interactive with our Japanese Top Chef Instructor, from the comfort of your kitchen!
Virtual Team Cooking Workshop
You'll learn with your team how to prepare and cook teriyaki tecnique which is unique to Japanese. Leanincluding selecting and preparing the ingredients, cutting meats and vegetables, marinating meats in sweet sauce, roasting meat over hot burners, serving the meal and more.

Your ChefPassport Virtual Event Manager will support you throughout the sales and delivery processes. On the day your ChefPassport Virtual Event Producer will open lines, welcoming guests and orchestrating the event facilitation including tech support, leaving to Your Top Chef Instructors entirely focused on the cooking experience.
Prepare for the Event
Attendees need a portable device with a camera, audio, and
broadband Internet connection. We accommodate different video meeting tools, but we recommend Zoom. Participants receive an email invitation, which includes login information and their Online Travel Agenda (a manual including the ingredients and kitchenware needed on the day). If you did not select our Food Box option, guests are expected to purchase their own easily findable ingredients prior to the event.
